Job summary

Teceze is seeking a hands-on Network Installation Technician to deploy and validate cabling and network hardware on customer sites. You will review engineering drawings, install and route fiber and copper cabling, label components, and support troubleshooting with engineers.

You will collect documents, provide daily progress updates, and coordinate with technicians, engineers, and vendors to keep projects on schedule. Some travel and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on installation of network hardware and physical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with fiber and copper cabling, patch panels, and labeling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Strong documentation and Google Workspace skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity and support engineers.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, deployment packages, and BOMs before installation.
• Install and assemble network hardware per specs and SOPs.
• Install, route, and patch fiber and copper cabling.
• Label cables, ports, and equipment accurately.
• Assist with connectivity troubleshooting and deployment validation.
• Collect deliverables, including photos, cable records, and docs.
• Provide daily progress updates to leads and customers.
• Coordinate with techs, engineers, and vendors to meet schedules.
• Maintain organized work areas and inventories.
• Participate in quality audits and emergency on-call rotations.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support workloads.
