Job summary

Fabcon, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is hiring for a permanent/full-time caulking and general construction labor role. Work hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, as part of a crew sealing precast panels on job sites.

Responsibilities include performing caulking and related tasks safely, following foreperson directions, and assisting with other field duties. Travel up to 50%+ may be required; benefits include safety footwear and eyewear reimbursement, with overtime

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel 50% or more of the time.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor necessary to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
