Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Field Caulker to join our East Coast crew and seal precast concrete panels through skilled caulking and labor tasks. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with potential overtime and travel as needed.

You will perform caulking and general construction duties, follow directions from the foreperson, and work safely with colleagues on-site. Fabcon offers union benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor necessary to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
