Fabcon is seeking a Field Caulker on the East Coast to join a crew caulking precast concrete panels. This permanent full-time position runs 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in field labor.

You will perform caulking and general construction tasks, follow foreperson guidance, carry out duties with teamwork, and contribute to high-quality panel sealing on site.

Competenze

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain membership in a local union.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel 50% or more of the time, and work overtime as required.

Mansioni

• Perform caulking and general construction labor necessary to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
