Job summary

Fabcon in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Field Caulker – East Coast to join a full-time day shift from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will caulk precast concrete panels and perform related labor as part of a crew, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Caulking experience preferred; construction labor background accepted.
• Two+ years in construction or manual labor recommended.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction tasks to seal precast panels.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow directions from the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Handle tools and materials responsibly and maintain safety standards.
• Comply with site safety policies and collaborate with team.
