Job summary

Fabcon in the United States is hiring a caulk crew member to perform caulking and general construction labor on precast panels. You will work with a crew, follow foreperson directions, and maintain safe, efficient practices on site.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime opportunities and benefits such as safety boot and prescription eyewear reimbursements. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor necessary to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
