Job summary

Fabcon, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks skilled caulkers for permanent, full-time roles in our Cleveland area crew. You will perform caulking and general construction labor to seal precast panels, follow directions, and work safely with the crew on site.

Candidates should have construction experience (caulking preferred), be able to lift 50 pounds, travel as needed (overnight up to 50%+), and obtain union membership if required.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required.
• Caulking experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out verbal instructions.
• Ability to work at heights from ladders and aerial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor necessary to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
