Fabcon is hiring for a Field Caulker on the East Coast. The role is permanent/full time with a 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday–Friday schedule, focusing on caulking precast concrete panels as part of a crew.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform caulking and general construction labor to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
