Fabcon Precast is seeking a reliable caulking and construction laborer to join a crew responsible for sealing precast concrete panels. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with potential overtime and safety reimbursements.

You will perform caulking and general construction tasks, follow directions from the Caulk Crew Foreperson, and help maintain a safe jobsite while coordinating with teammates.

Formación

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors year-round.

Responsabilidades

• Perform caulking and general construction labor to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently as part of the caulk crew.
• Follow directions from the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and tools efficiently and maintain safety policies.
• Work professionally with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
