Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Bakersfield, CA area to coordinate care for injured workers. You will partner with physicians, employers, and patients to implement cost-effective treatment plans and facilitate safe return-to-work.

Strong communication, independence, and advocacy are essential. This full-time, hybrid position requires RN licensure, 2+ years of clinical practice, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians and employers.
• Interviews to assess recovery and determine occupational relevance.
• Coordinate with providers to adjust job duties for safe, early return to work.
• Manage workload and provide status updates for customers.
• Attend injured workers’ appointments as needed.
