Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred
• URAC-recognized case management certification preferred (CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN etc)
• Travel to in-person appointments within assigned geography required
• Reliable transportation and internet access required

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans to return injured workers to work
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and employers
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, and job duties
• Intervene to modify job duties to facilitate early return to work
• Manage workload independently and provide status updates to customers
