Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in Roswell, GA to coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and injured workers. This full-time hybrid/field role requires regular local travel for in-person appointments.

You will advocate for effective, cost-conscious care, monitor recovery, and adjust goals as patients improve. Travel and internet access are required; benefits include comprehensive coverage, laptop/monitor, mileage and travel reimbursement, and a training program.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and determine occupational status.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to support early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and provide status updates to customers.
• Attend injured worker appointments as needed and complete assigned duties.
