Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers; work independently; basic computer skills; good grammar and writing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and determine occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor treatment plans for individuals.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Evaluate goals based on patient improvement and treatment effectiveness.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and handle appointments.
• Prepare status updates for customers and other duties as assigned.
