Enlyte in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) to coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers and patients. This full-time role requires travel within the assigned geography and local travel for in-person appointments.

You will assess recovery, modify job duties to enable early return to work, and ensure cost-effective healthcare. Comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training are included.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• RN license in good standing; URAC-certified CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or similar.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards.
• Assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to create treatment plans.
• Support early return to work by adjusting duties.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and provide status updates.
• Attend appointments when appropriate and perform other duties.
