Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to extend our team and support our mission of delivering high-quality care in the community. You will supervise carers, develop and review care plans, and shadow field staff to ensure the highest standards of service.

The role requires substantial field time with some office duties for administration. You will be responsible for conducting client assessments, completing MAR charts audits, and supporting with compliance.

Qualifications

• NVQ desirable but not essential.
• Excellent knowledge of care sector.
• We offer in-house training and development.

Responsabilités

• Supervise carers and ensure quality of care.
• Complete care plans and reviews.
• Conduct carer spot checks and field supervisions.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
• Take part in out-of-hours on call.
• Maintain local knowledge of area.
