Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, supervisory or leadership role.
• 2+ years in senior care, willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
• Conduct client assessments, develop and implement personalized care plans, and monitor client outcomes.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and medical professionals.
• Conduct home visits and observe caregiver performance to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client care activities, including progress notes and medications.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide input on process improvements.
