Job summary

Sheraton Caregivers is seeking an experienced Lead CNA / Field Supervisor in Westport, CT. This hands-on leadership role supports clients, mentors staff, and ensures safe, dignified, and high-quality in-home care.

Expect fieldwork, scheduled and unscheduled visits, coaching caregivers, and collaboration with caregivers, clients, families, Scheduling, HR, Nursing, and Management. Shifts include morning and late duties with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• 5+ years of caregiving or clinical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ADLs/IADLs and personal care.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unannounced in-home supervisory visits.
• Complete new client check-ins and ongoing quality visits.
• Observe caregiver performance and ensure services align with care plans.
• Monitor client well-being, safety, satisfaction, and overall quality of service.
• Provide real-time coaching and hands-on mentoring to caregivers.
