Job summary

Personal Care Services MidSouth is seeking a Field Staff Team Lead to supervise and mentor a team of in-home caregivers, ensure care plan compliance, and drive new client acquisitions through local community marketing.

The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic outreach, including training new hires, managing scheduling, payroll accuracy, and building strong referral networks with hospitals and senior facilities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (BLS preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years in a non-medical home care or home health setting, with at least 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field caregivers; ensure adherence to care plans and compliance.
• Review and finalize payroll-related clock-in/out records for payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire in-home training and client introductions for care plan implementation.
• Serve as first point of escalation for caregiver questions and client care concerns; cover shifts as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources; represent the agency at local events.
