Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 5–8 years of relevant experience; or 9–12 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in procurement processes and purchase order administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bidder lists and prequalify bidders.
• Support material requisitions with Engineering.
• Prepare bid packages and receive bids.
• Prepare commercial bid summaries and award recommendations.
• Define requirements with suppliers and ensure PO compliance.
• Process PO revisions and document cost/schedule impacts.
