Express Staffing is seeking a motivated Business Developer to generate new business, qualify opportunities, and engage key decision-makers through phone and in-person sales calls.

The role requires confidence to sell essential services, disciplined daily execution, and strong consultative selling skills, including active listening and effective questioning. A robust pipeline and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales experience required.
• High activity and persistence in field-based role.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Results-driven with ability to manage a pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Generate an average of 2 new clients per week.
• Make 120 total weekly sales calls with 100 face-to-face visits.
• Achieve 5 strategic appointments with decision makers weekly.
• Document calls and maintain the sales pipeline daily.
• Execute a daily territory plan and optimize call frequency.
• Provide value-added campaigns and educate clients on Express processes.
• Collaborate with Employment Specialists to move job orders toward fulfillment.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state guidelines.
• Travel as required and work away from the local office.
