Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales experience with prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling capabilities.
• Ability to sustain high activity levels: 100+ weekly activities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate an average of 2 new clients per week.
• Qualify prospects quickly by assessing needs, budget and timeline.
• Move job orders to fulfillment by coordinating with Employment Specialists.
• Conduct 60 DM calls weekly and 5 strategic appointments per week.
• Document activities in the CRM and follow up on next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
