Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires H.S. Diploma or GED and 3 years' related field experience.
• Residency in Pennsylvania is required.
• Knowledge of HFC broadband architecture and coax/tree/branch design; fiber design and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, train, and coordinate unit installers and repair technicians.
• Control inventory and monitor equipment across the network.
• Maintain courteous professional relationships between employees and resolve system issues with head end staff.
• Inform upper management of existing or potential issues as they arise.
• Enforce company policies and ensure employee safety; on-call and after-hours availability as needed.
