Job summary

Fiber Network Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced In-house General Manager to lead the Culloden, WV team on HFC/Broadband projects, including BAU, spans, relos, Hyperbuild, Newbuild, and Metro-E.

You will oversee construction management and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role requires 5-7 years of management experience in HFC/Broadband/CATV construction, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate multiple projects daily.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing HFC/Broadband/CATV construction projects
• Strong leadership and coordination of supervisors, coordinators, and field crews
• Ability to read technical instructions and ensure project quality and safety

Responsibilities

• Manage supervisors, construction coordinators, admin staff and field crews
• Plan and manage HFC projects from inception to completion
• Develop scopes, schedules and budgets for projects
• Ensure quality control and as-built documentation for all projects
• Oversee lifecycle of construction teams and deliverables
• Coordinate final payments and client billing packages
• Communicate progress to management and clients in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate project timelines and scopes
• Promote safe working environments in all sites
• Manage multiple concurrent projects
• Document and provide final as-built and billing information
