Job summary

TAK Broadband, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Vineland, NJ area to oversee daily installation/fulfillment operations. You will ensure technicians are prepared, assign workloads, and monitor progress to meet quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in cable/broadband/telecom, willingness to travel, and strong customer service and leadership skills. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications experience.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel daily +/- 50% annually; open to a variety of schedules.
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in elevated spaces.
• Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID; a driver’s license if driving.
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily installation/fulfillment operations of assigned market.
• Verify technicians are logged in, have routes, and are ready to begin work.
• Distribute daily work or redistribute as needed; cover routes if needed.
• Participate in onboarding of new contractor crews.
• Monitor technician progress with workforce management tools.
• Perform on-site quality checks and provide coaching.
• Respond to client calls or escalations promptly.
• Support technicians by phone or on-site for troubleshooting.
• Mentor and develop technicians on-site or during ride-alongs.
• Participate in daily KPI/verification calls with client and leadership.
• Communicate with client leadership and field teams to align workload and needs.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Travel to project sites +/- 50% annually with overnight stays.
