Job summary

Infinium Spirits, Inc. is seeking a Brand Development Specialist to drive brand awareness, educate consumers, and train distributors in the Chicago area. The role focuses on building brands, maximizing distribution, and serving as the main contact for off-premise and on-premise accounts.

The candidate will lead front-line selling, promote brands through tastings and events, and develop programs to meet distribution and retail objectives, while representing Infinium at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends).
• Candidates must reside in/near territory.

Responsibilities

• Frontline selling to on-premise and off-premise accounts, achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Promote brands through tastings, events, and promotional activities.
• Plan and implement programs to deliver distribution, merchandising, display, and retail objectives.
• Be the face of Infinium Spirits at industry events and trade shows.
• Educate consumers through tastings and sessions to increase awareness and loyalty.
• Train distributor sales teams on brand knowledge and selling points.
