Job summary

Infinium Spirits, Inc. seeks a driven Brand Development Specialist to join our Denver, CO team. You will drive brand awareness, educate consumers, train distributors, and expand distribution for our portfolio in the Denver area.

You will build relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts, promote brand events, and deliver programs to maximize sales and market presence. A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Ability & willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends).
• Candidates must reside in/near territory.
• Bilingual – able to speak in Spanish proficiently (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Frontline Selling: actively sell Infinium Spirits' brands to on-premise and off-premise accounts to hit KPIs.
• Brand Promotion: promote brands through tastings, events, and promotions.
• Program Implementation: plan and execute programs for distribution, merchandising, and retail objectives.
• Brand Representation: represent Infinium Spirits at industry events and trade shows.
• Education and Training: conduct tastings and training for distributors and consumers.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain key account relationships to grow market share.
• KPI and Target Achievement: monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
