Job summary

Infinium Spirits seeks a passionate Brand Development Specialist to drive brand awareness, educate consumers, train distributor teams, and maximize distribution for our Northern New Jersey brands. You will front-line sell to on-premise and off-premise accounts, promote events, develop programs, and act as the face of Infinium Spirits at industry events.

Minimum 1 year in sales, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel are required; Spanish

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor’s permit in any state.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Able to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; flexible hours.
• Residence in/near the territory preferred.
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Frontline selling to on-premise and off-premise accounts, achieving targets and KPIs.
• Promote brands through tastings, events, and other activities.
• Plan and implement programs to deliver distribution, merchandising, and retail objectives.
• Be the face of Infinium Spirits at industry events and trade shows.
• Educate consumers and train distributor sales teams on brand knowledge and selling points.
• Develop brand materials and training guides for distribution partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Report on sales performance, market trends, and KPI progress.
