The role involves territory planning, presentations, and events to engage multiple decision-makers. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of B2B or medical sales are required, with a hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably within the acute care setting.
• Proven track record presenting concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills including pipeline and territory management.
• Experience selling with multiple call points and decision makers within an account.
• Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to meet territory sales goals.
• Educate end users on clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups; conduct product lunches/dinners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
