Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an Account Manager, Biologics to drive growth within the Advanced Wound Biologics team in the U.S. You will call on hospitals, wound care centers, and private offices to promote Santyl, Iodosorb, and other products for wound care.

The role emphasizes achieving quotas and developing strong customer partnerships across multiple call points. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in medical or B2B sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in complex sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably within the acute care setting.
• Proven ability to present key concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills including pipeline management and territory analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain territory sales goals.
• Educate end users on clinical benefits of products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and conduct product lunches/dinners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
