Job summary

Smith Nephew is seeking an Account Manager, Biologics to drive growth in the bioregional market. You will call on hospitals, wound care centers and private offices to promote Santyl, Iodosorb, and related products for wound care across patient care settings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of B2B medical sales experience with a proven ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences. A hybrid work model is offered, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably in acute care.
• Proven track record presenting key concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills including pipeline management and territory analysis.
• Experience selling through multiple call points and decision makers within an account.
• Professional training program experience (Challenger Selling) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain territory sales goals.
• Educate end users on clinical benefits of products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups; conduct product lunches/dinners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
