Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an Account Manager, Biologics to drive growth in hospitals, wound care centers and clinics across the territory. You will present Smith+Nephew brands like Santyl and Iodosorb, educate clinicians, and help customers improve patient outcomes.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of medical/B2B sales, strong presentation and pipeline management skills, and the ability to navigate multiple decision makers. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably in acute care.
• Proven ability to present key concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills including pipeline management and territory analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals.
• Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+ Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups; conduct product lunches/dinners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
