Role involves building displays, educating staff, and partnering with distributors. Salary ranges from $48,000 to $63,000 with discretionary annual bonus potential, plus robust perks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven results in outside sales or food & beverage.
• Intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle to visit accounts.
• Ability to lift/move cases of beer and display products.
• Willingness to travel and visit retailers/wholesalers, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Sell our entire Boston Beer Company product portfolio to accounts.
• Focus on adding product lines in retail and upgrading listings.
• Identify major accounts and plan how to establish business relationships.
• Improve visibility with displays, cooler resets, and POS items.
• Partner with distributors to ensure orders and growth at accounts.
• Conduct tastings, educate staff, and run promotions with bartenders/waitstaff.
• Work days vary due to customer-facing nature; may require weekends/holidays.
• Occasional travel for meetings and trainings; regular market visits.
