The Boston Beer Company is seeking a Brewery Representative to join our field-based sales team in Baltimore, MD. This full-time role focuses on developing new accounts and supporting existing ones through consultative sales and in-store merchandising.

You will sell the BBC portfolio, visit bars and retailers, coordinate with distributors, and conduct tastings and trainings. The role requires living in the territory, a driver's license, and weekend availability; salary ranges from $52,250 to

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven results-oriented outside sales experience in food & beverage.
• Assertive, confident personality with a competitive drive.
• Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and ability to drive to accounts.
• Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently.
• Ability to climb, kneel, and display point-of-sale items.

Responsibilities

• Sell our entire BBC product portfolio.
• 100% focus on selling products and upgrading lines in retail accounts.
• Identify major accounts not currently selling BBC products and plan entry.
• Improve conditions and merchandise accounts with displays and POS.
• Partner with distributors to ensure orders and growth at accounts.
• Conduct waitstaff/bartender educations, beer tastings and promotions.
• Frequent travel within the market to service retailers and wholesalers.
