Job summary

Boston Beer Corporation in Montgomery County, MD is hiring a full-time Brewery Representative. This field-based sales role requires you to live within the territory to visit accounts, with occasional weekends and travel to meetings.

You will sell the BBC portfolio, build displays, partner with distributors, conduct tastings, and grow accounts. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years outside sales experience are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven results-oriented experience in outside sales.
• Competitive, assertive personality with strong self-motivation.
• Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and ability to drive to accounts.
• Ability to lift and move beer cases and set up displays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full Boston Beer Company portfolio to accounts.
• Focus on expanding product lines in retail accounts (bars/restaurants and stores).
• Identify major accounts and plan to establish business relations.
• Improve conditions and merchandise via displays and POS setups.
• Partner with distributors to place orders and grow business.
• Conduct tastings and evening promotions for customers.
• Travel within the market to service retailers and wholesalers.
