Job summary

Boston Beer is seeking a Brewery Representative in Baltimore, MD to build and maintain accounts in bars, restaurants, and retail outlets. The role emphasizes field-based sales with regular travel and weekend hours as needed.

The candidate will use consultative selling to grow product visibility, work with distributors, and educate staff on beer varieties. Local candidates with a driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year proven results in outside sales or within the food & beverage industry.
• An intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality.
• Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously.

Responsibilities

• Sell our entire BBC product portfolio and upgrade product lines in retail accounts.
• Identify major accounts and develop plans to establish business with such accounts.
• Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and displaying POS items to increase visibility.
