Job summary

The Boston Beer Company is seeking a full-time Brewery Representative to cover the Twin Cities, MN region (St. Paul or Minneapolis preferred). This field-based role focuses on developing new accounts and maintaining existing ones through consultative sales and strong relationship management.

You will sell the BBC portfolio, upgrade product lines in retail, and work with distributors to ensure orders and growth. Expect travel within the market and occasional weekend/holiday work as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years outside sales or related experience in food & beverages.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel to accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell The Boston Beer Company portfolio and expand product lines in retail accounts.
• Identify major accounts and develop plans to establish business.
• Improve conditions and merchandise displays to boost brand visibility.
• Partner with distributors to ensure orders, deliveries, and growth at accounts.
• Conduct staff trainings and beer tastings; support weekend/holiday needs as required.
• Travel within the market to service retailers and wholesalers.
