POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, is seeking a Business Development Representative in Jacksonville, FL. You will prospect, generate leads, and drive sales across builder, service, and retail segments, while delivering exceptional customer value.

Responsibilities include cold calling, building long-term relationships, presenting solutions, and traveling within the territory. Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience required; CRM proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in professional-level business-to-business sales.
• Proven track record of successful sales in wholesale/distribution.
• Ability to cold call prospective clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops a strategy to increase sales and profits within the territory.
• Prospects and generates leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Builds relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor over time.
• Plans and executes daily sales calls with defined objectives.
• Travels within the territory delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
