POOLCORP is seeking a Business Development Representative in Alpharetta to drive sales across pool builders, service providers and retailers. You will prospect, present, and close opportunities while building trusted relationships with customers in a fast-growing market.

Expect to travel within the territory, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and coordinate with marketing for incentives. Requires 2+ years of B2B sales, CRM proficiency, and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional B2B sales experience in wholesale distribution.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships and generate revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospects and generates leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research; follows up on qualified sales leads.
• Builds relationships with customers and becomes a trusted go-to advisor to drive sales.
• Plans and executes daily sales calls, travels within territory to present and demo products.
• Negotiates terms, closes sales, and handles post-sale support and satisfaction.
• Keeps CRM records current and reports activity to leadership.
