Job summary

MAC is seeking a Divisional Workforce Development Specialist to partner with field operations, coordinating onboarding, mentorship and leadership programs across assigned areas. You will act as a resource to improve retention, culture, and career growth while linking employees to training and advancement opportunities.

You will spend substantial time in the field, collaborating with supervisors and operations leaders to align workforce development with business goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding and mentorship programs.
• Ability to develop leadership training and career pathways.
• Strong communication and field-partnering skills.
• Familiarity with tracking workforce development metrics.
