Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Workforce Development Trainer to design onboarding, deliver hands-on skills training, and lead leadership development initiatives. The role requires strong presentation skills, the ability to tailor content to local needs, and collaboration with corporate Learning & Development and Safety teams.

You will monitor training effectiveness, mentor junior trainers, and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a training or similar role.
• Understanding of electrical construction and contracting.
• Ability to speak comfortably in front of a classroom audience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze business and training needs for improvement.
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding content and duration based on local needs and coordinate with Learning & Development.
• Deliver hands-on skills training for various classifications and new entrants.
• Coordinate and facilitate leadership development and customized content.
• Promote internal processes and track training metrics per leadership.
• Capture feedback via surveys and communicate schedules with the L&D team.
• Develop new training content and participate in peer reviews of materials.
