Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for participants and provide hands-on coaching to build confidence and workplace skills.
• Support day-to-day program operations, monitor attendance and engagement, and provide regular feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate additional training opportunities; maintain participant progress records.
• Partner with Workforce Development Manager and staff to align mentors, instructors, and stakeholders; communicate clearly with all involved.
• Help maintain a positive, mission-driven team culture.
