You will develop new business and expand existing accounts while managing complex opportunities in a full sales cycle. A strong consultative approach, proven prospecting ability, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and grow existing accounts.
• Experience managing complex, solution-based sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout the Atlanta territory.
• Prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Build relationships with healthcare, corporate wellness, fitness, and performance organizations.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Manage complex opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings with customers and prospects.
• Present premium fitness and wellness solutions based on client needs.
• Negotiate and close business while meeting sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain accurate account, prospect, and opportunity information within the CRM.
• Monitor market trends and maintain customer satisfaction.
