Job summary

CELSIUS is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Pflugerville, TX to lead in-store execution, grow SKU distribution, and drive brand presence across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels.

You will conduct face-to-face interactions with retailers, manage distributor partnerships, and report through CRM tools, typically handling 12–15 store visits daily in a high-energy, field-based role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in consumer goods sales or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interaction and CRM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive Celsius perfect store execution and expand SKU distribution.
• Manage brand strategy across retail locations within the territory.
• Conduct account audits and deliver insights via CRM app.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides and key account calls.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs and participate in weekly sales calls.
