Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Weslaco, TX is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage an assigned territory, support retail partners, and grow our brands.

You will plan territory, conduct regular calls, enter orders, analyze activity, and develop customer programs while meeting monthly quota.

This role requires flexibility, travel, and regular onsite presence to drive results and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• We expect an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to two years of sales experience required.
• Must have valid state driver's license and the ability to secure a State Sales Permit.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage assigned territory to grow our brands.
• Build and maintain customer partnerships to drive new business.
• Conduct regular sales calls and present programs to clients.
• Enter orders accurately and maintain sales data in the system.
• Provide account support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Prepare sales reports and share insights with the team.
