LUX Infusion, a clinician-led, U.S.-based infusion care company, is seeking a Territory Account Executive for the North, NJ area. This field-based role covers Trenton, NJ with up to 40% travel, focusing on building trusted referral networks and expanding access to infusion therapies.

You will educate providers on LUX Infusion9s offerings, coordinate with care teams, and drive growth through strategic relationships and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree or 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare or medical environments.
• Consistent track record of sales performance and growth.
• Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy or home care services.
• Thrives in a fast-paced field-based role with substantial face-to-face engagement.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills.
• Patient-centered mindset focused on long-term provider partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, clinics, and hospital systems.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, APPs, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on infusion services and care coordination.
• Highlight insurance reimbursement support and patient onboarding in communications.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support complex patient cases.
• Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools; achieve quotas.
• Uphold professionalism and accountability in every provider interaction.
