Job summary

LUX Infusion seeks a Territory Account Executive to own a NJ territory, expanding access to infusion care. You will build provider relationships, coordinate care, and drive high-value referrals across physicians, infusion centers, and clinics.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B healthcare sales, strong communication, and a patient-centered mindset. Travel up to 40% and collaboration with clinical teams are essential components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
• Proven track record of sales performance and growth.
• Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy or home clinical services.
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced field-based role with face-to-face engagement.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills.
• Patient-centered mindset focused on long-term provider partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems.
• Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, APPs, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s offerings, including IG home‑based and suite‑based care.
• Communicate LUX’s support model, including insurance reimbursement, patient onboarding, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient cases.
• Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools with quota attainment focus.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in every provider interaction.
