Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac diagnostic technology within a defined geographic region. You will collaborate with Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, and nurse practitioners to drive adoption and satisfaction with Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathway.

This field-based role requires 20%+ overnight travel; you will work with internal teams to deploy programs, organize physician meetings, and expand Heartflow referrals across

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience.
• 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathway with key accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support accounts and programs.
• Educate physicians and healthcare professionals on Heartflow’s value proposition.
• Meet/exceed quota for strategic Heartflow accounts and promote pathway growth.
