Job summary

LPi is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Worcester, MA to drive digital and print advertising solutions for small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, building relationships with local business owners to help grow their communities.

The role is field-based with a home office and requires significant travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Outbound prospecting and lead generation experience.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships within a territory.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium businesses in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through high-volume outbound calls, referrals, and relationship-building.
• Build and manage a Salesforce-based sales pipeline to achieve goals.
• Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
