Zusammenfassung

Pleasant Holidays seeks a Strategic Account Manager to accelerate revenue by building partnerships with AAA travel advisors and branch leadership across the assigned territory. You will craft and execute territory plans, drive product adoption, and pursue opportunities that grow Member First business.

This field-based role emphasizes frequent in-person visits to AAA branches and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Training and Operations to meet objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, strategic accounts, or client-facing growth.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory strategy with data-informed growth plans.
• Own revenue objectives including adoption, activation, retention and engagement.
• Partner with branch/sales leaders to set goals and create campaigns.
• Engage top advisors to increase adoption and share of wallet.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into leadership actions.
• Lead in-person visits, training, events, and branch activations.
