Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong academic performance.
• Experience in health care access, reimbursement, or payer strategy is essential.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support access to GSK Specialty products for eligible patients.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding and payment policies for GSK products.
• Collaborate with Payer Account Managers and Specialty teams to align access strategies.
• Analyze access/reimbursement issues and identify opportunities to improve patient access.
• Provide reimbursement expertise to field teams and coordinate with third parties such as hubs.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects with a high degree of initiative.
